According to law, we are at present permitted to ship wines to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, VT, WA, WY.

FL: We will include required tax forms with your shipment.

KS: Wine must be shipped to a liquor store.

OH: We will include required tax forms with your shipment.

PA: Wine must be shipped to liquor store.
