Got grapevines? Learn pruning from the pros and try your hand at it, too! Join us Saturday, March 3 for our fifth annual "Pastries & Pruning Competition." The two-hour event will convene at 10 a.m. just inside Six Sigma Ranch front gate on Spruce Grove Road. First, a professional pruning competition will challenge top pruners to a race of speed and accuracy. Next, a hands-on demo of pruning techniques will prep you for the amateur pruning competition.

Six Sigma Ranch Release Party

June 2 is our fourth annual Six Sigma Release Party.

Join us on the crush pad! We'll be pouring our new 2011 vintage Sauvignon Blanc wines paired with Hog Island Oysters. Tasty nibbles, good conversation, great friends. We hope to see you there!

Six Sigma Ranch Cowboy Cook-off

Don your cowboy duds and head over to Six Sigma Ranch for the third annual Cowboy Cook-off. As in past years, three Six Sigma Ranch cooks will fire up their cook stoves and guests will vote for their favorite entrée.

Enjoy comaraderie, good food and wines and country music under the oak trees at the old stage coach stop tasting room.

Prizes will be awarded for the Best Cowboy, Best Cowgirl and Best Couple attire. All attendees are automatically entered into a free raffle.

Lake County Wine Adventure

On July 28-29, Lake County will be celebrating its annual Wine Adventure, two fun-filled days of wine, food and music. Join us under the oak trees adjacent to the Six Sigma Ranch tasting room and sample our Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noir, Cuvée, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon wines paired with delicious appetizers. Family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.
